Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one email account to another, create email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just select the e-mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
