What is the difference between regular, plus, and max plans?
The plus and max plans include extra resources. In addition, some of these plans include developer hours.
Do you have a free trial?
While we do not have a free trial, we do offer one of the best refund policies in the industry. All plans come with a 30 day refund policy. If you should decide to cancel after 30 days, we will gladly give you a pro-rata refund for any time remaining on your current plan
What payment methods do you accept?
We proudly accept all major credit cards, ACH payments, Bitcoin, Etherium, and barter.

How many sites can I have?
Each plan supports 1 main WordPress install. If you need to host more than 1 site, you can either use Multisite to launch a multisite network, with unlimited child-sites, OR contact us to ask about bulk plans.
What can I use developer time for?
All plans above Brinze include developer hours. These hours can be used for virtually any task that is not covered by the other features of your plan. This includes but is not limited to:
- CSS tweaks
- Theme/plugin installation or configuration
- Image placement/optimization
- Upload and place content
- Minor development changes
Are the freebies licensed?
Yes. Host Magi holds licenses on all of these products. The licenses we hold allow us to provide them to you at no extra cost.
You will get your own unique API/license keys for the products. This key will provide you with all updates from the developers official repository.
It DOES NOT INCLUDE product support provided by the developer. However, we will fully support all of these products. Simply reach out to our support team with any questions of problems.
You are free to use these ONLY on sites you host with us and only as long as you remain a customer in good standing. If you decide to cancel your plan here, you will need to purchase licenses for any premium products you want to keep using.
We do not modify the products in any way. After initial installation by us, all updates come from the developers official source/repository.
We adhere strictly to the product creators licensing requirements and terms of service.
What if I need more developer time?
If you need more developer time in any given month, we can provide additional hours at an affordable hourly rate. We also have developer time bundles to save you even more.
If you find yourself needing extra developer time on a regular basis, it may be best to upgrade to a higher hosting plan that meets your developer time needs better.
