Do I pay anything today?
Nope! When you click order now you will be taken to an onboarding form that asks some basic questions about your business and the website you want us to build. One of our project maagers will reach out to you within 1 business day. There is no obligation and you only pay if and when a Web Design Agreement is signed.
Do you support me after my site is launched?
Absolutely! Every site includes 6 full months of ongoing care. Contact us anytime you need help with your site.
Do I have to host with you?
We hope you will, but the short answer is no. Sites paid in full before launch are not required to host with Host Magi, and we will deploy your site on the host of your choice at no extra cost. Clients using flexible payment plans MUST host at Host Magi until the site is paid in full.
How much does hosting cost?
All web design packages get 1 year of Basic Managed WordPress hosting at no extra cost. If you find you need a larger plan, you simply pay the cost difference. For full pricing information see our Managed WordPress Hosting page.
How does the included training work?
We want to make sure you know how to use your site effectively. We provide 2 hours of FREE live interactive video training for you and or your team. Training is provided using Zoom.
In addition, all websites comes with the Website Owners Manual, a quick reference guide written to give you a jumpstart on your site. Your WOM is customized for your website.
Finally, we provide a range of helpful tutorial videos, custom recorded for your website.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with the site that we deliver. Website packages can be refunded based on the following schedule:
Phase 1 (planning/consultation) – 100% refund
Phase 2 (mockup) – 50% refund
Phase 3 (launch) – No refund
How do flexible payments work?
We have the easiest payment plans anywhere. We want to make sure that anyone can get a high-quality website, whether you are a fortune 100 company or a brand new startup on a shoestring budget.
Payment plans are handled 100% in house and do not require any credit check.
Are there any restrictions with payment plans?
In order to protect our investment of time and money into your project, there are a few restrictions while you are on a payment plan.
For a full list and description of these restrictions, please SEE HERE. But here are a few:
- Site must remain live on a Host Magi hosting server until paid in full
- Designed by Host Magi will be placed in the footer of your site and may not be removed or changed until paid in full.
- All rights to content and design contributions by Host Magi transfer to you when the site is paid in full. Your content (created by you) is always your content.
- Missed payment may result in your site being taken ofline until all payments are current.
