Host Magi Black Friday 2025 Giveaway – Official Rules

  1. Eligibility: Open to residents where such giveaways are permitted by law. Must be 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Host Magi and its partners or subsidiaries are not eligible.

  2. Entry Methods:

    • Entry possible via multiple non-purchase actions listed on the giveaway page (social follows, shares, content creation).

    • Purchase is not required to enter or win.

    • Each permitted action earns entries as described.

  3. Minimum Entrants Required: If fewer than 25 valid entrants participate by the deadline, no prizes will be awarded and the giveaway will be considered void. Host Magi reserves the right to extend or reschedule the giveaway in this case.

  4. Prizes:

    • MacBook Air 13 (M4, 256GB, 16GB RAM) for the Grand Prize winner.

    • FREE Bronze Managed WordPress Hosting FOR Life – 3 winners.

    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Substitutions by Host Magi may be made in case of product unavailability.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • Winners will be selected via random drawing from eligible entries received.

    • Odds of winning depend on total number of valid entries.

    • Host Magi will attempt to contact winners by email within 5 days of drawing. Failure to respond in 7 days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

  6. Shipping/Delivery:

    • Physical prizes will be shipped at Host Magi’s expense to the winner’s provided address.

    • Host Magi is not responsible for loss or delays due to incorrect information provided by the entrant.

  7. Publicity:

    • By entering, you grant Host Magi permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

  8. General:

    • Host Magi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.

    • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

    • Void where prohibited.
