The client was having trouble with renewal reminders not being sent out. There was also an issue in which members were not able to renew. The site uses the MemberPress plugin, with the stripe gateway. 

We recreated the reminders with the correct configuration. We also discovered a conflict with another plugin which was causing the reminders to disappear. We deactivated that plugin as the client stated it was a non-essential plugin.

We also have provided ongoing care and maintenance for this site previously.
